Keynote Speakers and Panels
The first day featured a motivational keynote from filmmaker Brett Culp, “Superhero Leadership in Uncertain Times.” Ashley Sheriff, Deputy Secretary of REAC, delivered remarks offering HUD’s perspective on timely topics including NSPIRE and HOTMA on the second day, and the third day saw an informative IT Panel moderated by Mark Thiele, CEO of NAHRO.

The evening at Topgolf, sponsored by ONLINE Rental Exchange, offered a relaxed networking atmosphere, with drinks sponsored by Nan McKay and Associates. Whether they played or watched, attendees had a great time!
Vendor Showcase: A Hub of Innovation
The Vendor Showcase was a recurring feature, with participation from key industry players like ONLINE Rental Exchange, InfiniGIS (who added some fun by bringing in a caricaturist), NAHRO, AffordableHousing.com, Paymentus, ENUG, Nan McKay and Associates, and Emphasys Housing Locator. These showcases were platforms for innovation, allowing for meaningful exchanges on emerging trends and potential collaborations.
Diverse Learning Sessions
The conference offered a wide range of sessions, from roundtables and technical discussions to in-depth training, providing a comprehensive learning experience that catered to various interests and professional needs. As a fun break, the conference offered two creative workshops where participants had the opportunity to display their artistic sides by painting Florida-themed magnets.
