Her journey continued as she took on the role of product manager for the Flex product, where she made significant contributions to its development and success.

Lenore’s expertise and leadership skills led her to the Elite team as a business analyst, and she later ventured into professional services, earning the title of “portal queen” for her exceptional work in managing and developing portals. Currently, she holds the position of product owner of portals, continuing to drive innovation and quality in this area.

Throughout her career, Lenore has been known for her adaptability, having worked in almost every department except Sales & Marketing. Her extensive experience and knowledge have made her an invaluable asset to our team.

Lenore has also served for 35 years on her township’s Zoning Commission, demonstrating her deep commitment to civic engagement and local development.

As we celebrate Lenore’s 25 years with us, we recognize her incredible contributions and her positive impact on our company. Her dedication, expertise, and passion continue to inspire us all. Congratulations, Lenore, on this remarkable milestone!

The Five Questions:

    1. Most used app on your phone? Facebook, for “keeping up with the fam.”
    2. If you could be somebody else at Emphasys for a day, who would you be? Jessica Searles, or maybe Greg Gagnon or Delia Niswonger. Sales & Marketing is the only department I haven’t been in!
    3. If you had an extra hour every day, what would you do with it? Oh, that’s an easy one: reading a book, on the beach, toes in the sand.
    4. The zombie apocalypse is coming; who are three people you want on your team? My daughter, Leah, and my grandchildren Ally and Zach. Even though they could all outrun me, they all have my back in any situation, and they all have the right skills for an apocalypse.
    5. Favorite ice cream flavor? Old-Fashioned Vanilla from Kilwin’s on Mackinac Island.
