I joined Emphasys in August of 2023 as a Technical Support Specialist. Originally, my role was to help our clients and support staff with Elite questions and issues, including upgrades and other tasks related to Elite’s infrastructure. Since then, I have transitioned over to the MyHousing side where I deploy and support APIs and MyHousing builds for our clients and support staff. I work closely with the development and sales teams, which keep things fresh! I constantly have opportunities to learn and grow from my co-workers as we navigate the MyHousing world together.
Prior to Emphasys, I worked for a marketing company, where my role was to support the internal Azure Infrastructure and the technical needs of all the employees in the company. It was fast-paced like Emphasys, but most of my interactions were with employees and their support needs. Since joining Emphasys, having the opportunity to work closely with clients has been an absolute delight. Getting to know people on a personal level and understanding their needs has been a wonderful addition to my work life.

- Most used app on your phone? Firefox, but a close second is Pandora!
- If you could be somebody else at Emphasys for a day, who would you be? You know, I think we all know Jerry. That man is the energizer bunny, just keeps going and going…
- If you had an extra hour every day, what would you do with it? I like to try to stay active. A nice walk can do wonders for you!
- The zombie apocalypse is coming; who are three people you want on your team? If we are talking Emphasys staff, I’d take Brian and Dylan along for the military experience. CJ would be the third for comedic relief <3.
- Favorite ice cream flavor? Not sure it would be considered a flavor, but I can put away some cookie dough – if the wife doesn’t get to it first.
