This month’s Staff Spotlight is Senior Technical Support Engineer, Frankie Dickinson:

I have been with Emphasys since March 2000, starting and continuing in a support role. I find it deeply rewarding to help others and believe I do my best work in this capacity so I am content here. I’m a people person; I love interacting with others, though I am an extroverted introvert. Despite being naturally shy, which surprises most people, I thrive in my current role. If I ever had to switch departments, I would choose Professional Services because I am passionate about sharing knowledge. Before joining Emphays, I worked as an IT Director for a collectionS agency, an Administrative Support Specialist to the Controller at a large bank, an Operations Manager (savings and loan), and a Driving Instructor. I enjoyed teaching in the classroom more than being behind the wheel.
I’m passionate about Disney, Harry Potter, and A Discovery of Witches, both the books and the show. I love to read, learn, teach, and enjoy life. Disneyland is my happy place, especially since I live in California. I have a Magic Key, and most of my days off are spent on day trips or two-day visits to the park with two of my boys (both grown men).

- The zombie apocalypse is coming; who are three people you want on your team? If they were work people, Teresa, Mary, and Nino. If they were personal people, my besties Martha, Staci, and Mara.
- What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Mocha Almond Fudge, always.
