Yes, there is a toll free phone number that can be used to request support at no charge. We provide service availability during normal business hours – Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Eastern Time.
Will my agency be assigned an account representative who will work us through implementation?
Yes. We have a team of Client Managers who manage existing accounts.
Are your consultants Emphasys employees or third party employees?
The consultants are Emphasys employees. Consultants are highly involved in the implementation process in order to assist in establishing industry best practices for your agency.
Do you offer a test environment to preview new features or releases?
We highly recommend a test environment to review new releases, features or setting changes prior to installation in the live environment. This service is offered only to Emphasys clients.
Is system maintenance included in the license fee for the software?
No. There is a separate annual support fee for maintenance.
