Employee Self-Service

The Elite Self-Service module allows all staff members to access their HR-related information through your company intranet or via the internet. The type of information available includes an employee’s own timecard, job postings, previous paycheck stub information, and much more.

Through this module employees can even change their benefits during open enrollment and change personal information such as contact and family status. If changes are needed, the staff member fills out a request form that is then sent automatically to their supervisor. The supervisor reviews the requests and sends back either an approval or denial.


The Elite Benefits module is a comprehensive benefits administration system that accommodates a variety of benefit management policies and procedures. The software allows your agency to maintain detailed information on an unlimited number of benefit plans and coverage levels for each employee. It also automates the processes involved in determining eligibility, calculating premiums and appropriate payroll deductions.
